The charity will be charged 1.5%+20p per donation by PayPal.

Complaints Procedure

We operate the Charity with integrity and professionalism to achieve the Charity's objectives. If you have a complaint, please email us and we will treat it with the utmost importance.

Refund and Repurposing Policy

All our donations go towards the charity's projects and campaigns, including publications and information dissemination through our website. Charity law does not allow charities to refund donations, except in certain circumstances.

If you wish to discuss your donation, please email us and we will deal with your request in accordance with charity law.

Fraud and Money Laundering Protection

All donations go directly into the charity's bank account and are used in accordance with the charity's objectives. Online donations are processed by PayPal and can be made using a debit or credit card without the need for a PayPal account.
